Food & Drink

Union Chapel Bar

A fully licenced bar is located on the first floor in the Chapel's original Lecture Hall. It opens with the doors to the show (usually 7pm) and is open before, during and after the performance.

The Bar is accessed via the main auditorium and therefore only open to ticket holders. Union Chapel Bar is only open on event nights.

Please note that alcohol is not permitted in the Chapel, so drinks should be finished in the Bar.

Theoretically we can take card payments in the Bar, except Amex - technology willing! There is a £5 minimum spend.
The nearest ATMs are opposite the Chapel on Upper Street (Natwest or Nationwide) or Highbury Corner (Barclays).

The Kiosk is located in the foyer of the Chapel. It sells hot drinks, soft drinks, snacks and Ice creams.
It is also home to the Cloakroom, which charges £1 per item.

Cash only in the kiosk, sorry cards not accepted.

Margins Kitchen

Margins Kitchen serves a range of homemade, hot meals and vegetarian quiches up in the bar at all events (except Sundays).

A delicious curry is served at all Live at the Chapel events.

Margins Kitchen is staffed by Head Chef, Leanne Ryan, and her team of trainees as part of the Margins Kitchen Training Programme, which gets people recently homeless and long-time out of work back into employment.

Delicious cakes, snacks and legendary flapjacks are served each week at Daylight Music by Margins Volunteers.

All profit goes towards Margins services.

Cash only.
